Principals of ESI began their effective services with agencies in 1978, developing an employability curriculum that became the DOL pre-eminent workplace skills preparation program. This program was implemented in CETA agencies across the country and became the standard for DOL competency-based training programs. ESI principals have extensive experience with JTPA and WIA youth programs nationwide, both in design application, and delivery. Expanding their services, ESI has developed successful programs for people having difficulty in school, cost efficiency implementation for employers, user manuals and repair manuals for technical products used by Government (ILS), school systems willing to examine alternative education programs and charter schools, and feasibility studies.
